Malai ka Paan (a lost recipe)

Many people among may have heard about various paans like Calcutta Paan, Banarasi Paan, etc. And now a days some new paan are getting famous like Fire Paan, Ice Paan, Chocolate Paan and end number of various paan. But have you ever heard of Malai ka Paan? Well it was invented long ago but it became lost recipe and now it's only available in lucknow. Malai ka Paan, which is also known by different names in lucknow like Lucknavi paan, Balai ki Gilori or Malai ki Gilori was invented in a sweet shop named Ram Arsey in 1805. In those times Nawab of Awadh used to rule and tobacco were banned. Ram Arsey had discussions on how to get rid of habit of chewing tobacco.
